Where can you ride ostriches in california
Attracting people from all over the country, the southern Pasadena farm had various sorts of entertainment. Tourists could have their picture taken riding an ostrich; they could view the plucking of the ostriches, see the ostrich chicks and of course purchase their very own ostrich plume from their shop. When it came time to pluck the plumes of an ostrich, the farm saw a rise in attendance. People from all around wanted to see how the farmers were able to get the plumes without being attacked.

Ostriches have long muscular legs with two sharp toes, not an animal you would want to kick you. I cannot say I am the biggest fan of them, but it is cool to see their very blue heads.
All in all, stopping at the ostrich farm is a great way to spend 5 dollars. You will have pictures and a unique experience to remember. I have a hard time not doing it every time I drive past. Kids had a blast chasing chickens and they were so shocked to see an ostrich for the first time. They had a variety of animals and reptiles and my daughter got to hold a snake. We probably spent an hour or so there running around and having fun. We definitely plan on coming back. We took our 2 year old and 15 year old here yesterday. We all had a great time! You can pet all of the animals minus the ostriches , see a super cool Woodstock bus, and they provide feed for you to give to the animals.
The employees were lovely and knowledgeable. Really just a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours! Super fun outing with the kiddos! Most fun we've had in 3 months of SIP. The animals were very sweet and interactive. The ostriches, although more aggressive when eating, were so cool to see. I really like how the farm was set up. The farm babies were adorable. Will definitely be back. My kid enjoyed the farm so much that she wants to come back the following weekend to visit them again.
Great activity in general, but especially during covid. Staff were friendly and happily let the kids hold bunnies or reptiles. Social distancing signs everywhere but not enforced once you're by yourself at the farm. Overall, it was a blast. The kiddies loved it and it turned out a special day for my wife, our friends, and our families. Our kids had a blast.
We bought carrots, I would recommend doing so. The animals seem to prefer the carrots compared to the feed you get with your ticket. The animals seem well taken care of, and are friendly.
