Why is publisher tiling
Do your creating. When you are ready to print, File, print, re-set the page size to 11 x 17 on this screen, the tile feature should disappear, click the print preview, it should preview and print correctly. If you cancel out of this screen the print preview will be correct. Reply to author. Report message as abuse. Show original message. Every document I do in Publisher is being tiled and I want it to be just the single page in the size I have chosen 11" x 17".
Anyone have a suggestion on how I can correct this and have only one page print out instead of the four tiled pages? Thank you! Mary Sauer. Ed Bennett. I have to set each job that way? It's another step I don't want to make. How do I change the default to print the single page I am seeing as one page?

It's nothing to do with making sure that your printer's default page size, and your publication's prescribed page size, are the same. Mine are, and I still get this fault. My version of publisher does not have the same print screen as shown on the "help" pages either. I've always been able to print on a sentence strip, but this new version will not allow it.
There is no way to override the tiled printing. Someone please send a fix before August! Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community. Your new page size will be under the Custom sizes. Click Create. Go to Insert Tab and click Pictures command. Choose your tarpaulin design and click Insert. Go to File Tab to open Backstage View. Click Print and set it to Tiled. Choose a Paper Size. Note: Letter is the short size bond paper in the Philippines. Do not use the Legal setting since Philippine legal size bond paper also called long bond paper — 8.
Choose between Portrait or Landscape.
